Our extensive experience litigating disputes that arose from poorly planned business transactions allows us to draw on those litigation experiences to help our clients plan for a wide variety of business transactions with an eye toward maximizing their gain while minimizing their risk.  We believe that our litigation experience gives us an advantage when it comes to identifying and assessing risks and dealing with potential problems before they reach the point of crisis. 

Our transactional experience runs the gamut from forming, operating and dissolving small and large businesses, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, all the way to overseeing complex multi-million dollar transactions.  We serve as general counsel to a number of local businesses who call on us to review contracts, provide strategic advice, and to draft an array of business documents ranging from multi-million dollar purchase and sale agreements to operating and partnership agreements, buy-sell agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, and other transactional documents.
